What you will do
- Renewal management of maintenance contracts
- Winback of canceled maintenance contracts
- Conversion of evaluations to purchases
- Customer and contract administration
What we expect from you
- Experience in inside sales
- Degree in business management, economics or business informatics is a plus
- Excellent English language skills
- German language skills
- Other language skills are a plus.
- Passion for sales and technology
- User experience in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in other software platforms (e.g. Salesforce) is always welcome.
- Knowledge of the North-American or European market is expected.
